We start with a discussion of your vision of the project. We then define the scope to work with your budget. Finalizing the construction documents, schedule and selections follow. Meeting your project manager is the last step before we begin work on site.
We can work with your architect, recommend one we have worked with, or help with design ‘in-house’. Assembling your project team early is important to ensuring a smooth transition between design, production and completion. Our approach gives you the best opportunity for realizing your original vision. Our emphasis is on practical design with beautiful structure.
At Ridgeline we schedule projects so that we can manage them properly. We believe quality is more important that quantity. Our goal is to treat you as if you are our only client. Trying to deliver a finished project that exceeds your expectations is our commitment to you. This process begins with frank discussions of the construction possibilities tied to realistic budget parameters. All of this is based on the quality and workmanship you would expect.
During the production phase, our onsite project manager handles the daily scheduling, trade management and vendor shipments. He will also coordinate communication between you, the architect/designer (if there is one), and our office. You have one point of contact which makes the project go smoothly. If there are changes or the need for additional meetings, he will coordinate with the architect, trades and/or Miles. Effective communication on our part is crucial to avoiding unpleasant surprises.
With final inspections completed and the floor swept, we provide you with a warranty and binder with pertinent project information needed for your future reference. We are available for questions any time.
